Important Notice for All Graduating Students:
To receive your degree or certificate diploma, you must complete the Intent to Graduate form—regardless of whether you plan to walk in the ceremony
Completion of this form is required for all graduating students to confer their degree and receive their physical diploma.
Cost: There is no fee to apply for graduation
Eligibility: You must be officially admitted as a degree-seeking student
Conferral: Degrees and certificates are conferred once all academic requirements and financial obligations to the college are satisfied
Commencement Program Deadline: October 12, 2026
Forms submitted after October 12 will still be processed for graduation and diploma conferral, but your name will not be included in the printed commencement program.

Ceremony Details & Resources
Students who complete an Intent to Graduate Form will receive a link sent to their ASU-Beebe student email to confirm their attendance at the Commencement ceremony beginning November 2 and ending November 25.
Each graduate will be allotted six (6) guest tickets. Graduates do not need a ticket for entry but must be wearing their regalia when checking in for the ceremony.
Commencement tickets will be sent to the student's ASU-Beebe email beginning December 1, 2026. If you believe you did not receive the email to reserve tickets, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@asub.edu or by phone at 501-882-4415 for assistance.
Students can purchase their cap, gown and tassel through the ASU-Beebe Bookstore. All students planning to participate in Commencement must have proper regalia. It is recommended that students order their regalia as early as possible to obtain proper sizes.
Visit the ASU-Beebe Bookstore online, by phone at 501-882-0055, or visit them at 1113 DeWitt Henry Drive, Beebe, AR 72012 for more information regarding regalia. Store hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Last day to purchase Regalia from the Bookstore is Friday, November 20, 2026.
